The space is professionally cleaned between every booking. A hired cleaning professional services the property after each use. Cleaning includes sanitizing high-touch surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen areas, floors, and commonly used furniture. The space is fully reset and inspected prior to each guest’s arrival. Guests are expected to leave the space in generally good condition at the end of their booking. Excessive mess, spills, or items left behind may result in additional cleaning fees.
