Four large operable skylights flood the 400 sq ft space with natural daylight all day, with cozy accent lighting for evening sessions. The layout is already set up for content work: a dedicated podcast/interview corner with two wingback chairs and a Blue Yeti mic, a professional backdrop stand with softbox and ring light for photo and video, a sit-stand desk with dual monitors for editing or livestreaming, and a full kitchenette if you want food or drink in frame (or just need coffee between takes). Because this is a converted backyard studio, it's wonderfully quiet. BUT please note it is new construction, not soundproofed, so it suits conversational-volume recording (podcasts, interviews, talking-head video) rather than anything requiring studio-grade isolation.
