Cleaning & Sanitation Regimen – Susan Marie Retreat House The Susan Marie Retreat House is professionally cleaned and refreshed between every Peerspace booking to provide each guest with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Our cleaning regimen includes: • All high-touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected, including door handles, light switches, countertops, tables, and commonly used surfaces. • Floors are vacuumed, swept, and/or mopped as appropriate. • Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, and surrounding surfaces. • Kitchen and food-preparation surfaces are cleaned and sanitized after each booking. • Trash is removed and waste containers are cleaned and relined. • Furniture and common areas are inspected, cleaned, and reset between guests. • Linens and towels, when provided or used, are replaced with freshly laundered items. • The property is inspected after cleaning to ensure it is ready for the next guest. Cleaning Frequency: The entire space is cleaned and sanitized after every booking and before the arrival of the next guest. We ask all guests to help us maintain the beauty and cleanliness of the Susan Marie Retreat House by disposing of trash properly and leaving the space in reasonably good condition.
