ABOUT THE SPACE This is much more than a dance studio. It is a large, flexible venue complex designed for classes, rehearsals, workshops, productions, celebrations and professionally organized events. The featured 2,200 sq. ft. studio includes a spacious open floor, full-length mirrors, professional sound equipment and customizable lighting. The mirrors can be covered with curtains, and the sound and lighting can be adjusted to transform the room from a dance studio into an elegant private event or party space. Depending on your booking, we can arrange tables, chairs, and lounge-style seating to create separate areas for dining, relaxing, socializing, and dancing. The flexible floor plan works well for: • Dance classes and rehearsals • Workshops and auditions • Birthday parties and private celebrations • DJ parties and social events • Corporate and community gatherings • Photo and video productions • Performances and ticketed events • Baby showers, engagement parties and receptions EVENT CAPACITY The complete venue can accommodate up to approximately 400 guests, depending on the event format, seating plan, and approved layout. We have successfully hosted large events with approximately 300 attendees. FULL VENUE COMPLEX The studio may be rented individually or combined with additional studios and supporting areas within the same venue. Full-venue rentals may include access to: • Multiple studios and event rooms • Kitchen and refreshment area • Lounge and guest seating areas • Bar and coat-check area • Changing room • Separate washrooms • Photo-booth or branded backdrop area • Front guest entrance • Street-level rear entrance for approved load-in and equipment access SOUND, LIGHTING & EVENT TRANSFORMATION Professional speakers, subwoofer, mixer and microphone options are available. Our programmable lighting system can create different colours and atmospheres for classes, performances, private celebrations and DJ events. Curtains can be used to cover the mirrors and selected areas, helping convert the studios into a more private and immersive event environment. BAR, TICKETING & EVENT OPERATIONS Licensed bar service and experienced bartenders may be arranged upon request, subject to availability, licensing requirements and additional fees. With prior written approval, qualified renters may also arrange their own properly licensed bar service and Smart Serve-certified bartenders. Outside alcohol service is subject to all applicable permits, insurance and provincial regulations. The venue includes suitable areas for guest check-in, ticket scanning, coat check and event staff. Renters organizing ticketed or large events may provide their own approved security personnel, door staff and ticketing team. Evenings, weekends, extended bookings, large gatherings, private parties, productions and full-venue events require custom pricing. The displayed rate should not be considered the final price for these bookings.
