Rental Rates Weekdays: $59/hour; 2-hour minimum Weekends: $69/hour; 3-hour minimum Studio & Creative Rentals Our approximately 1100 sq. ft. space is great for: -Photoshoots -Video shoots -Content creation -Product photography -Fashion and lifestyle shoots -Podcast and interview content -Brand campaigns -Events & Private Rentals The entire studio can also be rented for private events and experiences, including: -Listening parties -Brand pop-up shops -Art shows and exhibitions -Product launches -Networking events -Workshops -Creative meetups -Small private gatherings -Brand activations The open layout allows you to customize the space based on the type of event or production you're hosting. Building & Access: Juliart Studios is located inside the Topps Building, a mixed-use creative and commercial building with artist studios and other businesses. Guests have access to coded building entry, elevator access, a freight elevator, and ample free parking on the premises. We are conveniently located approximately 5 minutes walking distance from the PATH train, 10 minutes from the Holland Tunnel, and 15 minutes from the Lincoln Tunnel.
