The space features oversized east-facing industrial windows, 12-foot exposed ceilings, curated artwork, abundant plants, warm wood details, and elevated city views. The space also features an optional home recording setup for songwriting sessions, music demos, beat-making, vocal practice, playback sessions, and relaxed creative collaborations. Please note that this is a residential creative loft—not a soundproofed or acoustically isolated commercial recording studio. Although quality audio equipment is available to rent, the space is best suited for demos and low-volume sessions that do not require complete sound isolation. Direct morning sunlight fills the space until approximately 1–2 p.m., followed by softer natural light throughout the afternoon.
