À propos du lieu
This 2,200 sq. ft. modern home features light-filled interiors and a fully equipped kitchen with major appliances and white granite countertops. The thoughtfully designed layout offers clean lines and versatile spaces ideal for a wide range of creative uses.
With five bedrooms, a spacious covered patio, a pergola lounge, and two acres of open land, the property provides multiple indoor and outdoor settings — making it an excellent location for filming, photoshoots, content creation, and intimate events.
The dedicated game room adds a uniquely dynamic element to the space, complete with a PlayStation 5, retro Super Nintendo, a full-size pool table, and a stand-up arcade game — perfect for team offsites, brand activations, or productions that call for an energetic, lived-in atmosphere. A video projector with a retractable screen, premium sound throughout, Smart TVs in every room, and a Peloton bike round out the amenities.

Mesures de santé et de sécurité
The property is thoroughly cleaned by professional cleaners between every booking. All linens, towels, and bedding are freshly laundered before each arrival.
Between bookings, high-touch surfaces are disinfected throughout — door handles, light switches, countertops, remotes, game room controllers, and bathroom fixtures. Kitchen surfaces and cookware are cleaned and restocked, floors are vacuumed and mopped, and all bathrooms are fully sanitised.
The home has operable windows throughout for natural ventilation, and two acres of outdoor space if you'd prefer to spread out.
During your booking, we ask only that you leave the space roughly as you found it: wash dishes or load the dishwasher, place used towels in the laundry basket, and take trash to the bins near the mailbox at the entrance of the property.
Please report any spill, damage, or maintenance issue as soon as you notice it so we can address it quickly — and so it doesn't become your problem at the end of the booking.
