The property works especially well for one-day photo shoots, baby showers, bridal showers, workshops, creative gatherings, and pop-up events. Guests have access to both indoor and outdoor areas. The home is an actively evolving creative space, and some décor, finishes, furniture, or design details may slightly shift over time. While we try to keep listing photos as current as possible, a scout is highly recommended before any photo shoot or visually specific event. Permanent or semi-permanent creative changes may occasionally be considered with the owner’s advance written approval. Private tandem parking is available on the driveway for about 9 passenger vehicles, with possible street space for another 3. House power is available for standard use, but because the property has older residential electrical infrastructure, guests bringing substantial lighting or equipment are strongly encouraged to use a backup generator. Please note: this space is not available for film productions, or multi-day productions. One-day still photography sessions are welcome.
