THE MAIN EVENT SPACE The 2,400-square-foot auditorium offers a highly flexible layout that can be configured with theater-style seating for presentations, conferences, seminars, performances, memorials, training events, and speaking engagements, or arranged with tables and chairs for weddings, receptions, banquets, parties, showers, fundraisers, holiday celebrations, and other social gatherings. MASSIVE 24-FOOT LED VIDEO WALL The room's standout feature is our massive 24-foot LED video wall, creating an impressive visual centerpiece and giving events a level of presentation capability rarely found in a traditional rental space. Additional spaces include: • Three classrooms/breakout rooms • Kitchen and catering preparation area • Mother's/nursing room • Podcast/recording room • Additional areas for event preparation and support The three classrooms can provide valuable additional space for conferences, corporate training, workshops, breakout sessions, children's activities, classes, small meetings, volunteer teams, event preparation, or green-room use. For conferences and multi-session events, the combination of a large central auditorium and separate breakout rooms allows multiple activities to take place within the same facility. The dedicated mother's/nursing room provides a private space for nursing mothers and families during longer events. A podcast/recording room may also be available for podcasting, interviews, recording, content creation, or as an additional private event space. KITCHEN & CATERING PREPARATION AREA A kitchen/preparation area is available for catering support, food staging, preparation, plating, and serving pre-cooked foods. Outside catering is permitted with prior approval. The kitchen is intended primarily for preparation, staging, and food service rather than on-site cooking. If your event includes catering or specialty food service, please discuss your requirements in advance.
