    A bright, design-forward suite on the 16th floor of a modern downtown office tower, right beside Waterfront Station. Floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed black ceilings and polished concrete floors give it a loft feel, and living plant walls on wheels let you open the room up or divide it into separate zones. The space Meeting area: glass table for six, large wall-mounted screen and a rolling whiteboard Lounge: oversized curved sectional, ottoman and swivel armchair Conversation corner: four sculptural swivel chairs around a glass coffee table Window-side table for four with city views Second large screen on a rolling stand Kitchenette with sink and espresso machine Great for Team offsites, client meetings, workshops, interviews and small presentations, plus photo and video shoots that need a clean, modern backdrop. Getting here SkyTrain (Expo and Canada Lines), SeaBus and West Coast Express are all at Waterfront Station next door. Gastown, Canada Place and the Convention Centre are a short walk away.

    The suite is cleaned and reset before every booking. High-touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant, including tables, chair arms, door handles, the kitchenette counter, the sink and espresso machine, and screen remotes. Floors are swept and spot-cleaned, and garbage and recycling are emptied. Furniture is returned to its standard layout so the space is ready when you arrive. Hand soap, paper towels and cleaning wipes are stocked in the kitchenette for use during your booking. We ask guests to bag their garbage and wipe down the kitchenette before leaving.
