About the Space

Our private second floor off-site space is perfect for your next meeting or offsite event. We offer a full list of amenities including built in speakers/Ipod hook-up, projector, screen, refrigerators, private restroom and plenty of space for a wonderful team experience. The upstairs is an open space for culinary adventures, knowledge exchange, daytime events as well as team gatherings for up to 25 people seated and 40 people standing. With large windows overlooking 20th street providing a great deal of natural light, the space is transformative in nature, with the availability for the space to take on many different forms.

The room must be left in the way in which it is found, if the room is not left the way in which it is found, it would be a $50 fee. Nothing can be affixed to the walls, however guests may affix items to the windows. No smoking is permitted on property. All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time - please ensure to note the space is on the second floor and will add time to your set up. Should you wish to have the tables and chairs moved, we need a 72 hour notice to ensure the room is properly ready. Catering can be provided onsite through our deli, salumeria, inquire for pricing and packages - should catering be provided a room steward fee is applicable to ensure your group is properly taken care of throughout the day at a rate of $25 per hour needed. Deliveries can be accepted, guests need let us know at the latest 24 hours prior to the event ensure storage and onsite acceptance is possible.

Yes, I would book again.

This is a really cool space that we filmed a couple of scenes for an industrial video in. Mac and team were great to work with and the space is exactly as advertised. Would come again.

The space suited our needs. We hosted a networking breakfast of about 15 people and they enjoyed quiet but industrial feel of the space. Kate was a bit hard to get in contact with but, had everything taken care of when we arrived.

A great space. We used it for an interactive keynote presentation. The plethora of natural light will make sure no one's falling asleep during your stay. Kate was a little hard to get in contact with but once we discussed the event over the phone, she had everything setup well. I'd recommend the space anytime.

Of about ten different venues that I've visited, I decided to have a team offsite (party of 24) here. The agenda entailed breakout sessions (in 5-6 groups), presentations/talks, and (of course) lunch! This meant the space layout had to be flexible enough to accommodate different types of activities, while not having to move the tables around, and I'm happy to say that I was able to work with Kate on making this happen! :-) The space itself is truly transformative, as the description reads. Lots of sunlight, gentle breeze from outside, a "hip"/chic ambience, and an insanely close proximity to Salumeria (amazing salads and sandwiches) and Sightglass Coffee.

Great space, excellent food catered from Salumeria, and Sightglass coffee right next door. Kate was lovely to work with; my team and I plan to be back for future off-sites.

The team was very responsive and did not mince words (which is appreciated on short timelines). They were kind enough to do a walkthrough ahead of time which helped in planning. We held a bit of an unusual workshop in the space and the team accommodated everything.
