All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and tear down time. Note that this pricing is for productions with 25 or fewer people. For productions with more than 25 people, contact host for custom pricing. Other rules: • No propping doors or gates at building entrance. • Any shoot with 15 people or more needs to have a security guard at building entrance throughout the shoot. • Photo shoot access hours are 8 AM to 6 PM. Additional hours considered by special request. • Parking plan must be coordinated with owner prior to shoot. No parking permits or cones without owner’s prior consent. • No access to building common areas or rooftop, except for use of front hallway and stairs during load-in and load-out.
