Arrival: Ideally, please make an effort to arrive simultaneously with someone who can monitor the door for a more coordinated entry. Entry Callbox: If simultaneous arrival isn't possible, kindly use the entry callbox. We value security, and this helps manage access efficiently. Access Code: We'll provide you with a unique access code for the door. Use the house phone to open it. Cooking: you are welcome to cater food and drinks, but no cooking, other than boiling on the stove. No oils are allowed to be heated on the stove to maintain cleanliness of our space. Prohibited Actions: Smoking is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from excessive drinking, and maintain a reasonable sound level. Assistance: If you require assistance in moving items to and from your car, we have a cart available for your convenience.
