About the Space

The PEERSPACE Calendar is not reflecting the bookings in the studio always and please always check in for bookings regardless ! Also,if times outside the operating hours are needed please contact host for info and availability! REAL DEAL STUDIO is located close to the NoHo Art's district, The Metro and Orange Bus Line. We're walking distance to In&Out Burger and Starbucks. Most of all it is ideal for photo shoots (great natural light, perfect for Headshots!! ), workshops, castings, still & video, showroom and production space. ( PLEASE NOTE that it is NOT fully soundproof and not a soundstage) The space has one bathroom with shower, and a small kitchenette with a coffee maker, and small fridge. Rollgate is facing straight NW Rental includes: some grip equipment like c-stands, apple boxes, sandbags, tables, flags, background support system, WiFi, 2 reserved parking spots Lighting equipment and backdrops are NOT INCLUDED in rental price. Some Lighting gear and backdrops are available for rent ( see list below ) , however please contact us before start of rental , for a list of available gear!! Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

The space was clean and easy to work with. Jonas was very responsive and made booking easy and painless. Plenty of street parking as well as designated parking for the space.

This is a perfect studio space! Plenty of room, good natural light, and easy to control light as well. Jonas is a great host! Very friendly and accommodating. Amazing experience. I'll definitely be back.

Great studio space that was perfect for the interview I had to conduct. Quick walk from the North Hollywood metro, easy access by car, too. Jonas was super responsive and met me when I arrived, and was able to assist with anything I needed. It was a windy day and the door was a little noisy, but Jonas helped out with a sound blanket and other soundproofing measures. Hope I get to film here again. Thanks Jonas!
