Our warm and bright conference room is located on the top floor of our historic building, one block from San Francisco's Union Square. Within walking distance of dozens of The City's hotels, and easily accessible by public transportation, the former library is an ideal meeting place for visiting or local businesses looking for offsite meeting space. Boasting incredible views from an iconic building, you can look out at The City from a comfortable, stately setting. The book-lined walls provide an ideal backdrop for your team's workspace, and the décor transports you to an earlier time while remaining thoroughly modern. The 1200+ Square foot room has been refurbished for our Peerspace clients; New paint, redone floors, lighting, windows, and audio visual equipment. Our updates were made to improve appearance and function while complimenting the historic nature of the room. We've had excellent feed back from clients who've chosen our space for trainings, lectures, fundraisers, workshops, motivational gatherings, photo shoots, and more! In the past, we've hosted Uber, Allstate, McKesson and many others. We're confident our recent improvements will mean even more successful events for our clients. INCLUDED in our rental rate: A/V: A new ceiling-mounted state-of-the-art projector, sound system, microphones and 133" drop-down screen are available if you need them, and of the way if you don't! Wifi Flip Charts and markers are available for your use. Tables and chairs will be set up as you need them and taken down after your event. You are welcome to the bottled water in the fridge. Dennis was very accommodating and helpful. We had some issues getting everyone connected to the wireless network. Suggestion would also be to mic up the speaker to make the acoustics a little clearer. Overall a cool space for a large group.
What a gorgeous space! Our team came here for an offsite workshop and everyone was raving about how much they enjoyed the space. It was spacious, had natural lighting, and a bathroom right outside. Not to mention, Dennis was a very helpful and accommodating host - he answered all of my questions quickly, and even provided water for our event. We also decided to use Peerspace catering, and that made the event seamless.
Dennis was great and so helpful! He showed us around prior to our meeting and he made sure we had everything we needed for our event. Space was great, clean, lighting was easy to work with, and AV was awesome! Everything was great besides the catering! Do some research if you plan to use their catering service.
This is the perfect space to host an event, particularly a workshop. Not only is the venue in a central location near various forms of public transportation, the inside of the venue is unique and the ideal size to host an intimate gathering. Most importantly, it was a pleasure working with Osman and Dennis the the venue managers who were quick to answer every question from the point we booked the venue. On the day of the event, Osman, made himself available throughout the day and during the event to ensure that everything wen off without a hitch.
Thank you for hosting our recent training meeting. Our group enjoyed the space a lot. They thought the catered lunch was fantastic. The only complaint was the acoustics in the room since there's so many hard surfaces no sound was absorbed. Thanks again for this unique space.
The space worked out wonderfully for our group. The host was super accommodating and provide us with much support onsite. The room had everything available from AV equipment to standard meeting materials for our use. Mr. Castillo was such a joy to have on site and was very helpful in every way. WE look forward to another opportunity to book this space again in the future.
