Our warm and bright conference room is located on the top floor of our historic building, one block from San Francisco's Union Square. Within walking distance of dozens of The City's hotels, and easily accessible by public transportation, the former library is an ideal meeting place for visiting or local businesses looking for offsite meeting space. Boasting incredible views from an iconic building, you can look out at The City from a comfortable, stately setting. The book-lined walls provide an ideal backdrop for your team's workspace, and the décor transports you to an earlier time while remaining thoroughly modern. The 1200+ Square foot room has been refurbished for our Peerspace clients; New paint, redone floors, lighting, windows, and audio visual equipment. Our updates were made to improve appearance and function while complimenting the historic nature of the room. We've had excellent feed back from clients who've chosen our space for trainings, lectures, fundraisers, workshops, motivational gatherings, photo shoots, and more! In the past, we've hosted Uber, Allstate, McKesson and many others. We're confident our recent improvements will mean even more successful events for our clients. INCLUDED in our rental rate: A/V: A new ceiling-mounted state-of-the-art projector, sound system, microphones and 133" drop-down screen are available if you need them, and of the way if you don't! Wifi Flip Charts and markers are available for your use. Tables and chairs will be set up as you need them and taken down after your event. You are welcome to the bottled water in the fridge. From start to finish, this space was a breeze to work with. They were kind enough to have everything already set up for us before we even arrived, with waters available in the fridge on site, and signs to help our guests find us easily. The space itself was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, had lots of natural light, with the option to block windows for the projector. We had plenty of space for people to spread out comfortably with their laptops. There was a kitchen area along the back wall, which was great for our catering needs as well! Osmin was a pleasure to work with, and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, great space, great experience, and we hope to book with them again!
This was a great spot for our meeting. The location is convenient, the facility is nice and spacious and the hosts were fantastic. Answering all of our questions and helping us prepare for the event. I highly recommend this location and will consider holding future events at this location.
1. Mr. Castillo - Fabulous..very attentive and polite. 2. Space was good, the only problem is the acoustics but that can't be helped in an old room/building. 3. Catering: coffee/tea service was good. Sodas and waters - sufficient on Day 1 but too much on Day 2. I had to turn away the Instacart delivery person and afraid I will not be reimbursed for costs. Not sure if it was my ordering skills or lack thereof or on their part. 4. Breakfast - good but way too many bread products. 5. Overall we were pleased and most likely will use this space again.
It was a great space, thank you! And thank you especially to Osmin Castillo who was very helpful in setting it up every morning and troubleshooting any issues that arose. We will definitely be back.
Mr. Castillo made this experience amazing. He was super helpful and made himself available when we needed him. The only comment is that the room got really warm and stuffy. We couldn't open the door or window because then we wouldn't be able to see the projection screen.
