Within walking distance of dozens of The City's hotels, and easily accessible by public transportation, the former library is an ideal meeting place for visiting or local businesses looking for offsite meeting space. Boasting incredible views from an iconic building, you can look out at The City from a comfortable, stately setting. The book-lined walls provide an ideal backdrop for your team's workspace, and the décor transports you to an earlier time while remaining thoroughly modern. The 1200+ Square foot room has been refurbished for our Peerspace clients; New paint, redone floors, lighting, windows, and new state-of-the-art audio visual equipment. All Booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. The rate for our space is $150 per . There is a four-hour minimum. Our space is available Monday - Friday, 7am - 7pm. Requests for evening/weekends are considered on an individual basis and subject to after-hour rates. Discount available for full week rentals (40 hour minimum).
Wow! What an awesome space, great resources, amazing service. I held a workshop here and it was completely comfortable, bright and welcoming. Water in the fridge. AV is cutting edge. Flipcharts and whiteboards. Fantastic!
The venue was great! It is light and airy and the books give it warmth and character. The host was fantastic and we utilized the concierge service which was top notch. We'll definitely use the service again.
Very convenient location and probably good for a large group, but not in winter! The room had choices of either steam heat pumping out noxious fumes or freezing. For my usage (4 people in January) it sadly didn't work out. Host was fine and the building custodian was very accommodating within the above limitations.
Hi everyone, Dennis and the peerspace concierge were fantastic to work with from start to beginning. The space was really terrific. We had a busy, national speaker and he said, it was one of the best equipped facilities he has ever had for one stop shopping. Also, the onsite manager was fantastic with follow-up, clean up and going the extra mile for our group. Always called back within the hour!
