Our warm and bright conference room is located on the top floor of our historic building, one block from San Francisco's Union Square. Within walking distance of dozens of The City's hotels, and easily accessible by public transportation, the former library is an ideal meeting place for visiting or local businesses looking for offsite meeting space. Boasting incredible views from an iconic building, you can look out at The City from a comfortable, stately setting. The book-lined walls provide an ideal backdrop for your team's workspace, and the décor transports you to an earlier time while remaining thoroughly modern. The 1200+ Square foot room has been refurbished for our Peerspace clients; New paint, redone floors, lighting, windows, and new state-of-the-art audio visual equipment. Our updates were made to improve appearance and function while complimenting the historic nature of the room. OPTIMAL USE OF SPACE We've had excellent feed back from clients who've chosen our space. All Booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. The rate for our space is $150 per . There is a four-hour minimum. Our space is available Monday - Friday, 7am - 7pm. Requests for evening/weekends are considered on an individual basis and subject to after-hour rates. Discount available for full week rentals (40 hour minimum).
The room was set-up as requested and onsite support greeted our group to ensure the sound, projector, and Wi-Fi connection worked properly before the start of our event. The whiteboard, flipcharts, and markers were useful and would highly recommend this space for future workshops you are looking to host.
Beautiful Room and setup. This room is great for team building and/or presentations. The host Dennis and helper Mr. Castillo (Osmin) were great and friendly people. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
Excellent Space! Dennis the host was SUPER helpful and accommodating. His man Osmin on site was Johnny on the spot as well! Afraid to rate so highly out of fear it'll be booked up when we need the space for our next event! ;)
Working with Peerspace was incredibly easy and enjoyable. The Harry M. Smith conference room itself was awesome and liked immensely by everyone who joined the meeting. The light, bright room, the high ceilings and outdoor covered terrace made the meeting space a perfect place for our meeting. It had everything we needed and more. The catering was top notch and they were VERY accommodating with everyone's dietary needs. Working with Dennis was also super enjoyable and easy. Loved all the history he provided for the building and the room. Was really cool. We would definitely use this meeting space again. Highly recommend it.
Everything went well. Had a few issues with heat in the beginning, but the onsite facilities person did a great job helping to resolve. Additionally, Dennis was very responsive when he found out about what was happening. Which was greatly appreciated.
