Boasting incredible views from an iconic building, you can look out at The City from a comfortable, stately setting. The book-lined walls provide an ideal backdrop for your team's workspace, and the décor transports you to an earlier time while remaining thoroughly modern. The 1200+ Square foot room has been refurbished for our Peerspace clients; New paint, redone floors, lighting, windows, and new state-of-the-art audio visual equipment. All Booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. The rate for our space is $150 per . There is a four-hour minimum. Our space is available Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm. Requests for evening/weekends are considered on an individual basis and subject to after-hour rates. Discount available for full week rentals (40 hour minimum).
Dennis..you are a rockstar at quick response to all my email when my stress meter for answer came at such short notice. Osmin Castillo...you are such an awesome host to work with.From the time of booking to the end. Millions of thank you(s) would not be enough! Osmin stayed on top of all my requests and questions before the day of the executive meeting. In return, the usual anxiety feeling that comes along with coordinating meetings like this was not felt and I got to say, that is the first time ever. I hope to work with the both of you again.
Dennis, Room was great and Mr. Castillo was beyond awesome. I will personally call him to thank him. Service was impeccable. This was the best room we've booked all year across any platform. Only recommendation is that the room echoes and so the groups needed to be conscious of that factor. Our company is in the design business and just some simple window treatments, art and some sound panels would address this. You did great all around.
Great spot in an historic SF building! I held a team building workshop with The Second City here and this room worked nicely, providing sufficient room for my group of ~25 to move around and still have space for seating. The on-site coordinator was professional and welcoming, making sure to take the time to orient me with the A/V equipment and other amenities.
From start to finish, this space was a breeze to work with. They were kind enough to have everything already set up for us before we even arrived, with waters available in the fridge on site, and signs to help our guests find us easily. The space itself was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, had lots of natural light, with the option to block windows for the projector. We had plenty of space for people to spread out comfortably with their laptops. There was a kitchen area along the back wall, which was great for our catering needs as well! Osmin was a pleasure to work with, and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, great space, great experience, and we hope to book with them again!
This was a great spot for our meeting. The location is convenient, the facility is nice and spacious and the hosts were fantastic. Answering all of our questions and helping us prepare for the event. I highly recommend this location and will consider holding future events at this location.
