Our warm and bright conference room is located on the top floor of our historic building, one block from San Francisco's Union Square. Within walking distance of dozens of The City's hotels, and easily accessible by public transportation, the former library is an ideal meeting place for visiting or local businesses looking for offsite meeting space. Boasting incredible views from an iconic building, you can look out at The City from a comfortable, stately setting. The book-lined walls provide an ideal backdrop for your team's workspace, and the décor transports you to an earlier time while remaining thoroughly modern. The 1200+ Square foot room has been refurbished for our Peerspace clients; New paint, redone floors, lighting, windows, and new state-of-the-art audio visual equipment. Our updates were made to improve appearance and function while complimenting the historic nature of the room. OPTIMAL USE OF SPACE We've had excellent feed back from clients who've chosen our space. All Booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. The rate for our space is $150 per . There is a four-hour minimum. Our space is available Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm. Requests for evening/weekends are considered on an individual basis and subject to after-hour rates. Discount available for full week rentals (40 hour minimum).
The space worked out wonderfully for our group. The host was super accommodating and provide us with much support onsite. The room had everything available from AV equipment to standard meeting materials for our use. Mr. Castillo was such a joy to have on site and was very helpful in every way. WE look forward to another opportunity to book this space again in the future.
Great location, beautiful space for an intimate gathering or workshop. The back kitchenette is perfect.. Mr. Castillo, the on-site manager is ultra accommodating (as is Dennis) I love this room, great light, the old-school feel of a library and the cute balcony is lovely touch. I was assisted with AV and room set up.. very pleased. The room has great energy!
We had a great experience here. From getting this set up to having questions answered and the onsite contact was exceptional. I would highly recommend this site!
