Marty & Angela A bright, creative, and inspired environment for your next photo shoot, video shoot, casting, workshop, or production meeting. Located in the North East part of San Francisco's Mission District the studio is a stand-alone, single unit building with a one-car garage and easy street level access. This unique, one of a kind building is officially designated as a live/work loft space and can easily transition into a photo, film or video production studio, warehouse, boardroom, classroom, office, flex studio, home or workshop. The building features exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, large skylights with natural light and blackout blinds, high ceilings, full kitchen and a tasteful mix of modern and antique furnishings. The main room is set back from the street, away from traffic noise. We have been working with professional photographers, videographers, and producers for over 15 years. Castings and high traffic events require clients to have someone on-site to manage the front door. FILM & VIDEO PRODUCTIONS The shooting area is set back from the street and very quiet but it is not a sound stage. We cannot guarantee the noise level. OUR BUILDING Originally built in the 1920's as the Nederland Bakery, it became Klub Komotion in the mid-80's and played an important role in San Francisco's alternative art and underground music scene up until the mid-90's. In 2000 the interior of the building underwent extensive remodeling into its current incarnation. We love that this space has hosted and continues to be a part of so many groundbreaking and creative projects. CONVENIENCE Depending on traffic, we are a 10 minute ride from downtown or a 20 minute ride from SFO. We are within easy walking distance of BART & MUNI lines, cafes, shops and restaurants such as Dandelion Chocolate Factory and Cafe, Tartine Manufactory, Stable Cafe, Mission Bowling, Gallardos, Gus's Market, Rainbow Grocery,The Pink Onion, Peet's Coffee, Noah's Bagels, Best Buy and Office Max. FOOD & CATERING Outside Catering allowed. Feel free to make your own arrangements or bring your own food or beverages.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space was phenomenal! Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and had done a fabulous job making sure the space was clean and felt safe. We were able to utilize the white backdrop as well as the two seating areas to take dynamic photos for our nonprofit. It was a great experience!
