It provides a picturesque setting to get away from "business as usual". The Terrace provides spectacular views of the Empire State Building, which is just across the street. The beautiful night sky will light up any party and provide an ambiance that cannot be compared to any other rooftop in Manhattan. Highlights: -Fully furnished with modern decor, comfortable couches, tables, and chairs -The terrace has a 200-person occupancy, great for small or large events -State of the art sound system with plugins for a DJ -Outdoor Wifi Access -High-Tech Lighting to set the tone for all event atmospheres -Tall, stylish glass panels that are guaranteed to add to the modern and unique design and also ensure the safety of all occupants Functions: The location and design enable a versatility of events that can be hosted here, such as company networking events, happy hours, trainings, promotional events, etc. The terrace may also be booked in conjunction with a meeting room onsite. Hours: Open Daily from 10 AM to 8 PM for event bookings. We are not able to accommodate anything outside of these hours, such as parties as this is a business oriented space. Hourly price is $750 for Weekend bookings - Workshop - Meeting - Photo Shoot - Film Shoot A security guard is required per every 50 guests (these can be added to your booking, as well as catering and additional staff and additional furniture. Projector, bar, DJ, outdoor tents may also be added through us ) Catering available, minimum of 6 persons (outside catering not allowed).
