I booked the vault for a team offsite for 5 people. The space was perfect - clean, well-appointed, quiet, and gave us plenty of space to spread out. Would definitely book again.

Comfortable space with access to communal coffee, tea, and water was lovely. The video conferencing system was quite sophisticated and robust, however due to security software on our team's computers we had some difficulty using them. We ended up losing significant time in out meeting (a total of about 30 minute) in part because there was no one at the desk when our reservation began and we had to spend a large chunk of time trying to figure things out ourselves. Thankfully, when we were able to get someone into the room, they provided an okay workaround for us to use the video conference and present as well. Also, if you are planning a longer meeting do bring your own extension cords or power strips, as there was no power available on the table. I would use this space again, but would be sure to request it for a longer window of time to make sure I could get someone in to help with the setup and would also bring my own personal laptop to run the software.
