Exotic House & Tropical Garden

The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large Bali inspired tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The colorful house has been used as Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, and other Caribbean locales. The interior is just under 2000 square feet including the enclosed front porch. The lot it sits on nearly a quarter of an acre. I have just added the pink room. It is my jewelry-making studio. It's where I hide during a shoot to be out of the way, However, it is available should you need it to get a shot. Just ask me to move while you do your work and I will be happy to accommodate you. I have installed a short fence around the lawn to protect it from dogs. (see photo) It can easily be stepped over and you are free to walk on the lawn for shoots. However, if you wish to have it removed, I can do that. Of course, the cats just jumped over the fence There is a small fee. Please let me know in advance. For bookings that extend beyond 11:00 PM, the hourly rate for each hour after11:00 pm on will be booked at 150% hourly rate.
