The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The neighborhood is called the Hollywood Dell and is part of "Old Hollywood." The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a unique event. The interior is approx. 1000 square feet and the lot it sits on is approximately a quarter of an acre. One thing has changed since these photographs were taken: The bottom half of the house is very colorful, much like the porch you see here. Some of the photographs show this and some do not. 1-15: $149/hr 16-25: $179/hr 26+ - Ask for quote In addition, there is a small guest apartment on the property (not shown here) which can be rented for an additional flat fee of $250 per day when available. Amazing place, I did get bit by a lot of mosquitos but that comes with the tropical garden there is. Very nice place to shoot, host was very nice too. Beware of neighbors, but as long as you get a permit and respect their space, there shouldn't be a problem.
Location was great. Yvonne was nice and accommodating. Parking was easy. The garden worked will with the sunlight and it was easy to work with a group of 8 people. loved the experience.
