The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The neighborhood is called the Hollywood Dell and is part of "Old Hollywood." The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a unique event. The interior is approx. 1000 square feet and the lot it sits on is approximately a quarter of an acre. One thing has changed since these photographs were taken: The bottom half of the house is very colorful, much like the porch you see here. Some of the photographs show this and some do not. In addition, there is a small guest apartment on the property (not shown here) which can be rented for an additional flat fee of $250 per day when available. Rules
Loading & clean up times are included in the rental hours. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves and to restore any objects moved to their original position.. Guest is responsible for any damages in the house or in the garden. Trash is to be removed from site as our trashcan space is limited. Damages: Either supply proof of insurance or a refundable damage deposit will be discussed. Guest is to be considerate of neighbors. There is free street parking available.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
