Exotic Tropical Home in the Hollywood Hills
About the Space
The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The interior is just under 2000 square feet including the enclosed front porch. The lot it sits on is over a quarter of an acre. I have installed a short fence around the lawn to protect it from dogs. (see photo) It can easily be stepped over and you are free to walk on the lawn for shoots. However, if you wish to have it removed, I can do that. The cats don’t care about the fence. They can jump For shoots under ten hours, there is a small fee. For shoots ten hours and over, there is no fee. If possible, please let me know in advance.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
