Fully furnished multi-use venue in a historic Queen Victorian with a full kitchen, dining essentials and outdoor patio for private and corporate off-site day time events between 8am and 4pm. Night events are offered based on availability at a higher rate. Please inquire for availability and pricing. We host various activities ranging from holiday and client/team appreciation dinners to off-site board members and team meetings. Perfect venue for small wedding receptions, baby showers, and intimate dinner gatherings. You are welcome to bring your own caterer or we can curate the entire experience for you. We also provide serving and/or coordination staff to help assist you during your event. Venue rental pricing includes the use of furniture, chairs, kitchen appliances, linen and all essential dining ware.

We used this space as a mingle / happy hour -> private chef prepared dinner for a 16 person company event. Ko was super easy to work with - he made me look awesome and I didn't really do very much work at all. Space, dinner, organization - five stars all, my colleagues RAVED about the overall evening. Felt much more special than eating in a restaurant.

Lovely space and was perfect for hosting a birthday dinner for 28 people. The long dining area was a bit cozy with the numbers but worked out fine; and the backyard was spacious for socializing during cocktails/hors d'oeuvres. We utilized a caterer who did a lot of prep on site, and the kitchen was well equipped for that. There were issues with onsite parking when trying to unload decorations and prepping items due to pandemic related street closures. Street parking was tough to find as is the norm with SF, but there was a parking structure within walking distance. Overall, the space was well-suited for our event and the host and coordinator were very responsive and great to work with.
