Our creative storefront space is in South Park, Downtown LA, is located just blocks away from Staples Center, the Fashion District and Gallery Row! This industrial modern style design space is the ideal location for off-site meetings, short term co-working, workshops, classes, focus groups and presentations. Enjoy natural light that expands from our 13ft storefront window, nestle into one of our breakout areas and create an intimate setting or host a large corporate meeting - the space is versatile and adaptable to fit your needs. Any additional furniture rentals should you need extra tables and chairs are available through us.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Tanya was a fabulous host, extremely responsive and hands on without being intrusive. We had a team retreat here and it was perfect. The space is conveniently located in Downtown LA, with great natural light, fully stocked restroom, and access to the kitchen. Parking will be a little tricky for those not used to DTLA/metropolitan parking situations, but there are paid parking lots within walking distance. I will definitely be using this space again.
