PRICING Use Peerspace's rate calculator to generate an initial quote, as our starting pricing varies by day or night of the week, and increase every 15 people. Current starting rates for groups of up to 15 are: -- Starting rate: $125/hour -- Friday night from 5:00pm onward: $150/hour -- Saturday and Sunday afternoon through 5pm: $150/hour -- Saturday evenings from 5pm onward: $175/hour We reserve the right to quote a custom rate based on the intended usage of the space and seasonal demand, and of course holidays. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
