Welcome to an inspiring creative space in a prime location in the northeast Mission Arts district. The 1200 square foot space has breathtaking 180 degree views over the Mission, Twin Peaks and downtown. Your meeting/workshop will be surrounded by contemporary artwork and high ceilings with abundant natural light. In the evening, you'll see the sparkling lights of the Mission and Twin Peaks through two-story high glass windows, and step out onto the deck for drinks and relaxation. Your host is a well known artist and the art on the walls is always changing. Your experience will be exceptional--please read our excellent reviews. Located next to Coffee Bar, Tartine Manufactory, Central Kitchen, Heath Ceramics and Flour+Water. This is an ideal space for offsite meetings, workshops, creative sessions, presentations and corporate events. Please note we generally do not book more than two months in advance. The following amenities are included in the booking rate: √ Complimentary coffee and tea upon arrival (on request) √ Illy Espresso Francis Francis coffee pod machine and frother to make your own lattes √ Ultra-fast WiFi 500Mbs √ 48" flatscreen monitor with HDMI connectors or video projector √ Presenter's pedestal table for laptop/ iPad and presenter's chair √ 5 whiteboards with Dri-Erase markers/eraser √ Flip charts with sticky backing and markers √ 25–30 comfortable padded folding chairs (more possible) √ 5 six-foot long rectangular tables √ 1 rolling 10' long utility tables suitable for bar or food √ 2 sofas, and assorted casual seating √ Kitchenette with stainless surfaces, tea kettle and ice coolers. √ Tablecloths are available for an additional fee upon advance request √ Additional prep space for catering is available for an additional fee √ Everything will be set up and ready for you you upon your arrival. IMPORTANT NOTES:: – This is a tranquil space in a shared building and guests should avoid loud noise in the space, or in the hallways. - Your meeting should take place within the indoor studio space. – Use of the deck is not guaranteed due to weather and is designed for fresh air breaks and relaxation. Break-out sessions are not usually allowed on the deck There are several round tables which can be used for seating for lunch. Food and beverage service is not allowed on the deck but guests can bring food outside to the tables. Many guests enjoy having a "happy hour" on the deck at the end of the meeting day. –Tablecloths are available for an additional flat fee of $200 upon advance request –The space is accessible 15 minutes before the start time of your booking, and any early arrival time greater than 15 minutes in advance must be a booked (paid) hour. Any time in the space beyond a 15 minute grace period after the end of your booked time will be considered a paid extra hour. –Any chair arrangements, tables, projector, whiteboards etc. we have agreed upon in advance will be ready and waiting on your arrival. This is a building with other people working in nearby spaces and guests are asked to avoid loud group activities or any loud noise that might disturb neighbors. No smoking is permitted in the building or on the deck at any time. Use of the deck is only by permission of the host, and is not guaranteed. Peerspace listings are for commercial & event use. Peggy was an exceptional host. The space was perfect for our executive offsite. Every detail was accounted for, from the white boards to technology hook-up. Peggy went above and beyond, always making herself available and taking care of us from start to finish. This space is a can't-miss. Thank you, Peggy, for a wonderful and productive event!
The space was incredible, and worked perfectly for our event. The mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, especially during sunset, really brought something special to the evening. All of my guests remarked on how beautiful everything was. And Peggy was an absolute delight, easy to work with leading up to and during the event. 10/10 would book this space again.
Our second time booking with Peggy was as perfect as the first! She is a gracious host, who went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed for our 15 person offsite. Peggy stayed on site the whole day to accept catering, bring guests in, and even run up a forgotten charger. I hope to work with Peggy again soon!
Peggy the host is great! Very attentive and has everything you need for an awesome meeting. The space is unique, with a beautiful deck overlooking the city. My second time renting it for these reasons.
The space was great! It was a nice environment for our office workshop - perfect for our group of 20. There were couches and comfy seats for lounging in between sessions and the outdoor space was really nice for us to enjoy lunch or have the window open when the room got a little warm :) The room was arranged as we had requested upon arrival and Peggy helped ensure that our instructor had everything he needed. Peggy herself was a wonderful host - so welcoming and helpful! She was available and checking in throughout the day and was prompt when people needed to be let in throughout the day. She provided a thorough overview the first day letting me know how the coffee machine worked, where to find other items in the room, etc. Besides that, Peggy went above and beyond helping us with our catering deliveries. She greeted them, brought them up, and also helped organize and set up the food, which was really appreciated since we were still in the middle of the workshop session when it arrived.
I booked this space for a 10 person offsite. Peggy was an amazing host, and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the amenities necessary for our team meetings. Everyone commented on how much they loved the space, and I could not be happier with the hands-on service provided. I would most certainly recommend this location, and hope to work with Peggy again in the future.
Peggy was a wonderful host! She was very easy to reach over phone and text and was available for everything we needed. The room was completely prepared upon arrival and the space is very well equipped with all the amenities you could ever possibly need. She greeted all of our guests and led them into the space which was very comfortable. The space is very airy, yet eclectic, and of course was full with Peggy's beautiful artwork. It was a great backdrop for our corporate off-site. I really enjoyed our experience and would definitely book Peggy's loft again.
The Loft was a real dream and Peggy was an amazing host. She has everything you could need for your meeting and is there to help when you need it. Peggy and Jeremy were a huge support for my meeting from helping shuttle guests and caterers in to helping with the AV. She also gives great recommendations for catering and restaurants in the area. I would definitely book with her again!
