(our location is in an unincorporated area of Thousand Oaks, 91320 This space is ideal for any type of photo shoot or filming as the home is flooded with natural light. The exterior is rustic and rural with a campground like setting an aviary, sheds and a "lookout" tower over the expansive view. The separate entrance for larger vehicles if needed on the upper level and can accommodate up to 25 cars on the property (stacked parking) for larger shoots our neighbor rents out his lot for additional parking needs.
