We're a quiet offsite office, training, video and audio production center. We have a sound isolation booth (can be used to take your calls or private break out meetings), multiple large projection screens, bright colorful projector, ergonomic padded and folding event chairs, 300 Mbps up and down internet, modular tables, internet TV and plenty of outlets for your devices. We have a quiet, air conditioned open space with loading dock and ramp in front. 2 large windows. Moving cart, No extra charge for overnight storage of equipment and sets. Full kitchen and bath. Large rolling white boards. AC and heated 1800 square/feet space with overhead sound system. Top restaurants nearby. Chopbar Restaurant, Sierra Deli and many others. They can also cater your office event. Free street parking (some without time restrictions) and a parking garage two blocks away.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
