Please let us know what specific amenities you need and how you would like the space set up 3 days prior to your booking. All rental times are inclusive of set up and clean up. Clean up fee $350 applies to all events. *Please note all events require insurance at a rate of $175 per event. Our normal freight hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 1pm and 2pm – 5pm. You may schedule deliveries during these hours, the venue will accept your deliveries on your behalf as long as we are notified. If your event is on the weekend you may deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday. This must be confirmed with us via email and phone. There is no freight on the weekend. Special event freight arrangements can be requested for an additional fee.
David was unbelievably helpful with our event. He went above and beyond, responding very quickly to e-mails, helping us with deliveries to the studio and was on-hands during the event to help in any way we needed, but also made himself scarce so we could enjoy the day. The space itself is beautiful, spacious, wonderful working kitchen, large fridge, and all the tables and chairs you could need. Highly recommend this space and David!
