Perfect space for events including product launches, corporate events, trunk shows, press events and more! Convenient location: directly across from the New York Times Building with four subway lines & Port Authority right at the corner. Large direct freight elevator Two in-suite bathrooms iPod compatible sound system Track lighting on dimmers Optional to bring in your own choice of vendors Two-zone central A/C Modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances, deep, double sink, stovetop, prep table and cabinets. Rental Includes- 1 steamer, 1 rolling rack, 1 Rolling Hair Make Up Station. Photography equipment grip available for additional fee.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Location was good and as-pictured. Host was responsive to our requests ahead of time. We were filming for a documentary - there was a bit of bleed-in sound every once in a while from the freight elevator but nothing massive.

The experience and space was fantastic! David is very communicative and accommodating, a big recommendation if you are looking for a large space for an event/photoshoot.

Host was responsive throughout the process. Sound was a bit tricky, given windows and ceiling height, but location is such that that can be expected.
