THIS SPACE IS PERFECT FOR BUSINESS EVENTS, AND ALSO FOR PRIVATE PARTIES! However, Please note that for parties the flat fee of $175 applies and the party cleaning fee is $195 due to the higher garbage amount and the higher wear and tear to our studio, equipment and furniture. We also charge for any event time after 10:00PM an additional $50/hr for the security guard which we must provide by the building rules. We also require that the renter and most of the guests must be at least 25 years old for any party rentals which include any alcohol consumption. Available per week, day, half day for presentations, pop-up showrooms, networking events and seminars. We can provide up to 40 chairs in theater style and we have up to (10) 6x2.5 folding tables. We can fit up to 30 people on chairs and tables or we can offer the studio empty as well if needed. Also included is a large TV, a projector and screen, ultra fast wifi service, white board, flip chart, a professional sound system and a (4) mic system if you need it. If you need it we can also provide, flip chart paper pads, photo lighting equipment, a set of 6 adjustable party wall washer lights, seamless backdrop paper and up to 13 clothing racks for additional fees. We are conveniently located only two blocks from the Port Authority Bus Terminal and 4 blocks from Penn Station. There is time limited street parking and several parking garages near our studio. Outside catering is allowed and there are many coffee shops, catering services and restaurants in our area. Our flexible photo studio is one of the most beautiful and affordable available in Manhattan, and because it is not name branded it will help you to shine and impress even the most sophisticated clients and guests. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

In addition to our regular cleaning we do everything to keep our renters and their guests safe and the space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC between booking. We also provide protective gear for our renters and their guests including disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels, Disposable gloves, Disposable masks and Hand Sanitizer. Because of the extra work and materials needed to provide the best protection possible we do charge now a $79 cleaning fee with every booking, thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
