About the Space
In 1940, during a full moon high tide, a man named Anthony Annelli pulled a barge on to the shores of Shell Bank Channel in Brooklyn. Over the course of several decades he built a home and what is now a studio and event Space. The first floor is 1200 square feet of open residential space appointed with photo friendly furniture and props that can be easily arranged to fit the needs of any production. The second floor offers an additional 625 square feet of space perfect for production teams, vanities or wardrobe departments. This 8,000 square foot waterfront property has incredible views of Shell Bank Channel, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, fig trees, apple trees, grape vines, indigenous gardens, water access and a boat slip. Located just 10 miles from JFK Airport and 20 miles from Midtown Manhattan it is the closest "getaway" in New York City.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This location is simply incredible. It is the most indescribably beautiful and versatile location that I have ever been to. It is hard to put in words! This place is a gem and I highly, HIGHLY recommend it. Our host, Brian is simply the best in the business. It's not often that you find someone so supportive as Brian. Impressed would be an understatement! If you're thinking about this location, do it. You won't regret it! Five stars.
