About the Space
Located on Fifth Avenue only blocks from Union Square, our film and photography studio has been serving the production industry since 1985. Featuring two separate studios, we can accommodate a multitude of different needs and budgets. Hourly rates listed are for rough estimates only. Please inquire for our standard day rates based on using either one or both studios. A full line of lighting and grip equipment is available on site, (including Arri Skypanel S60s, Foba Camera Stand and much more), although you are allowed to bring in your own. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The Studio was bright with windows onto 5th ave. There was a speaker that was easy to link onto using wifi and a good internet connection. They were very generous and gave us plenty of water and some kit items that we needed including a rack and T stand.. the studio manager was friendly and the space was outfitted with a perfect makeup station and comfy couch. The bathroom was fine enough and worked for our purpose but would not be idealfor a client. Overall this is a Great studio in a great location!
