Our photography studio is 1,550 ft² with 16' ceilings and huge windows wrapping 3 walls. Polished concrete floors, modern lighting and a fully equip kitchen make this space just as beautiful as it is functional. We can setup any seating style with flip charts and/or a presentation screen and projector (HDMI capability) upon request. Black-out curtains on all windows allow you to control the abundance of natural light. The kitchen area includes an induction range, full sized refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and sink with commercial faucet. Windows near the kitchen overlook a courtyard with reflection pond. We pride ourselves on exceptional, friendly and approachable service. The studio has been home to a number of prestigious guests for photo shoots, pop-up stores and special events. Our clients include Nordstrom, Filson, InCase, Julep Cosmetics, Brooks Running Shoes, Amazon and many, many more. Our prime location in Seattle's lower Queen Anne neighborhood is walking distance from the Seattle Waterfront, Key Arena, Seattle Center, parks, grocery stores, hotels, restaurants and local nightlife. Our on-site concierge and chef can prepare exceptional breakfast and lunch settings for your presentations, starting as low as $15 per person. We also have relationships with outside catering companies who can provide elaborate food for special events. Please inquire after making your booking about onsite craft services. We can source additional resources through our rental partners including AV services, folding chairs and banquet equipment. (Additional equipment rental charges apply) Up to 5 parking spaces are available for $15 per spot at the rear of our building. We can also supply professional photography equipment and lighting, a digital tech station, craft services / catering and production staffing through our in-house team.

Each reservation is disinfected and properly sanitized prior to the guest's start time. To ensure we provide this service for each of our reservations, a $150 cleaning fee will be billed to each reservation.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
