Our studio is a 1,550 square foot photography and event space with 16' ceilings and huge windows wrapping 3 walls. Polished concrete floors, modern lighting and a fully equip kitchen make this space just as beautiful as it is functional. The kitchen area includes an induction range, full sized refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and sink with commercial faucet. Black-out curtains on all windows allow you to control the abundance of natural light. Windows near the kitchen overlook a courtyard with reflection pond. We pride ourselves on exceptional, friendly and approachable service. The studio has been home to a number of prestigious guests for photo shoots, pop-up stores and special events. Our clients include Nordstrom, Filson, InCase, Julep Cosmetics, Brooks Running Shoes, Amazon and many, many more. Our prime location in Seattle's lower Queen Anne neighborhood is walking distance from the Seattle Waterfront, Key Arena, Seattle Center, parks, grocery stores, hotels, restaurants and local nightlife. Our on-site conceirge and chef can prepare exceptional breakfast and lunch settings for your photo shoots and meetings, starting as low as $15 per person. We also have relationships with outside catering companies who can provide elaborate food for special events. Please inquire after making your booking about onsite craft services. The space comes ready for production with C-stands, grip equipment, folding tables, rolling computer cart, wardrobe racks, a clothing steamer, dishes, pots and pans included in your rental. We can source additional resources through our rental partners including AV services, folding chairs and banquet equipment. (Additional equipment rental charges apply) Up to 5 parking spaces are available for $15 per spot at the rear of our building. We can also supply professional photography equipment and lighting, a digital tech station, craft services / catering and production staffing through our in-house team.
Standard Rentals are 10 hours full day / 5 hours half day minimum, overtime is 1.5x the hourly rate per Peerspace's terms. A Certificate Of Insurance is required to confirm any booking. Any event serving alcoholic beverages must obtain a banquet permit. Minors may not consume alcohol on the premises. We reserve the right to shut-down the event if our staff witnesses this or other unlawful activity. We prefer to rent the space as-is (it is a working photo studio) but we can accommodate special requests for removal of the existing furnishings and equipment. Removal of these items can only be performed by our staff and incurs a $100 - $500 additional fee, determined by the length of the rental and volume of items. (Some things are easy for us to move, others are not and priced accordingly)
