| ABOUT | The space is a hidden gem on the Westside only steps to Venice Beach. Our unique private Westside studio has over 2000 sq/ft of open space and still retains much of the original industrial features; beautiful concrete floors, high-vaulted wood rafter ceilings, ample natural light through 8 large skylight windows, and a large bay window window that gives you a glimpse of the beach. The high ceilings, open space, great lighting and white walls make it great canvas to be transformed or left minimal for your next production. From photoshoots, base camps, movie screenings, and more, we can accommodate a lot! We can provide delicious, organic craft services. In addition, we have in-house AV such as high-speed wi-fi, a sound system, lighting and a digital projector. We are steps away from the Venice Beach Boardwalk and Santa Monica and with multiple local parking lots, we are conveniently and centrally located. | LOGISTICS | Access: During the booking, guests have access to our small outdoor patio, kitchen / bar area, main room and private restroom. Storage space is limited but we are happy to get creative to find a space for you to store items. Equipment & Setups: Since we are a raw space, most equipment rentals are done through outside vendors. Erik and his fantastic staff were a dream to work with. The space was perfect for our film screening and music performance. The location is beautiful, and right off Venice Beach. The event staff were kind and easy to work with. I was most impressed with Jeff, the tech for the night. He was super professional, friendly, and truly cared about every detail of our event.
