About the Space
We offer the perfect, trendy venue for any small to medium size event. Located in the heart of Chelsea, just steps from the High Line, Our venue sits in a landmarked, historical building that's not only vintage but beautiful. It is on the 3rd floor directly across from a large elevator. It is approximately 1,200 square feet of open space with a semi-private office. It is perfect for parties of up to 65 people. Our surround sound system and wall uplighting will provide the atmosphere your guest will most definitely enjoy. The lounge area, with trendy couches and interesting decor, provide a chill area for your guest to hang out and relax. All wireless sound allows you to control the background music from anywhere in the room using our iPad allowing to constantly adjust the mood. This open gallery space can easily be turned into a production space for photography, film, fashion shows, art display, company launch party, etc. Our clean and spacious studio has all of the necessary amenities needed for a large or small scale film or photo shoot. Three projectors allow you to visually project images on 2 walls and one gigantic screen. Space manager is always on-site to ensure your event runs smooth and trouble free. All is included in the hourly rate. Restrooms are conveniently located right outside our door. We also provide various catering options from our trusted catering vendors or you can choose your own. Capacity of 65 guests is based on stading room. Sitting (with tables) maximum is 40 persons. Rates may vary for specific holidays. Please contact us for holiday pricing. .

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was a fantastic space. The team was responsive and very helpful. They met all of our A/V needs and were very hospitable. If you are deciding between this venue and another. . . . pick this one!!

The space was perfect for my presentation and I cannot say nicer things about Al. He had great communication and was extremely helpful on the day event. For instance, I hired a videographer to film my presentation and 10 minutes before the talk he realized he forgot batteries. Without even being asked, Al was there with batteries! Highly recommend this venue to all.
