Our studio is over 2,500 square feet with 18' ceilings, a full kitchen, dressing & make-up room, conference room with AV capabilities, drive up loading door and truck-hight loading dock. Installed audio system, furnished client area and complimentary Wifi are just a few of the included conveniences you'll find here. We can source additional resources through our rental partners including AV services, folding chairs and banquet equipment. (Additional equipment rental charges apply) We pride ourselves on exceptional, friendly and approachable service. The studio has been home to a number of prestigious guests for photo shoots, pop-up stores and special events. Our clients include Nordstrom, Filson, InCase, Julep Cosmetics, Brooks Running Shoes, Amazon and many, many more. Our prime location in Seattle's lower Queen Anne neighborhood is walking distance from the Seattle Waterfront, Key Arena, Seattle Center, parks, grocery stores, hotels, restaurants and local nightlife. Our on-site conceirge and chef can prepare exceptional breakfast and lunch settings for your photo shoots and meetings, starting as low as $15 per person. We also have relationships with outside catering companies who can provide elaborate food for special events. Please inquire after making your booking about onsite craft services. Up to 5 parking spaces are available for $15 per spot at the rear of our building. We can also supply professional photography equipment and lighting, a digital tech station, craft services / catering and production staffing through our in-house team.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
