We include round tables (54" & 60"), seminar tables (18" x 8'), chairs, sound system, wifi, projector, screen, easels, use of wall for post-its, set-up and clean-up. ** You may book until 1am. We allow outside catering. No sales tax. We clean up. (cleaning fee applied for groups of 20 or more) $100 attendant fee per day for groups of 20 or more. Alcohol permitted with insurance ($100). Overnight storage available ($100). No bands. No more than 25 people on the rooftop after 11pm. Do not congregate in front of the building after 11pm.
