About the Space

This space in Downtown LA is a multi-purpose creative space available on a temporary basis. As a space for production services, there is one large storefront with wrap-around window displays on either side of the space with a corner view of the street. There is a mezzanine space upstairs that can be used as a space for storage/food/office, or to film a small office set up. For parking, there is a lot just across the street for $6-10 day rate, as well as an underground parking lot for $5 day rate (must be picked up by 6pm. The space has a few different compartmented areas which have worked great for H&MU set-up in the past Square Footage? 800 What is the natural light like (exposure, # of windows)? The whole space is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows = LOTS of natural light Are all areas of the space accessible for production purposes (including the exterior) Typically, our lofted area is off limits -- this can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis What are the power capabilities like in the space? Plenty of outlets on each wall, we've had full-scale VR exhibitions here without a hitch. Will there be an on-site manager present during the booking? Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
