It's surrounded by lush community gardens on three sides so it's truly an oasis in the city. It’s also nearly totally sound proof and extremely quiet which makes it great for video shoots with sound. The design of the house is spectacular. Inside, strikingly modern, industrial design, and high ceilings. Outside, a 720 sq. ft. patio garden accessible through the kitchen with a pergola, which is illuminated with fairy lights at night. The living room has a fireplace and dining room table that seats 8-10. Modern kitchen has bar seating with 5 stools and banquette seating for an additional 5. Kitchen has top of the line appliances. The house is perfect to make use of various spaces spaces for shooting (living room, kitchen, banquet area, garden) and there are interior stairs that you can use to get camera shots from above. Outside has table and chairs and in the spring and summer a lush garden. Additionally there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can be rented out for shoots or for hair/make up or holding room purposes for a small surcharge. (The blue bathroom in photos also requires this surcharge). House has central air, wifi, a fireplace, as well as speakers throughout including in the backyard which allows you to play music through your phone using the Bluetooth. Local street parking is usually easy to find. Set up and break down need to be included in your booking time. When booking please make sure you allow yourself enough time to get the space ready for your event + time to break down and leave the house in good shape.
