About the Space
Situated on the entire top floor of a boutique building in the heart of South Lake Union, this Penthouse apartment is the envy of Seattle. Wrap around deck and roof deck look toward Lake Union. Although it is an occupied home, the space is perfect for hosting business meetings and executive retreats. Please note that I do not host social events. Nearly 1800 square feet (167 meters square) of interior space plus a wrap-around deck, the 2 bedroom, 2 bath Penthouse designed by Graham Baba is a work of art. Polished concrete floors throughout, white oak cabinetry and built-ins, blacked steel wall accents, exposed steel structure, natural fir ceiling and exquisite bath and kitchen fixtures express a wholly Northwest material palette. WiFi throughout serving Lumen 1GB internet speeds, 4k TV with Apple TV and Samsung wireless connections. 3x5 rolling white board and projector for use in kitchen/dining with HDMI connection.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Chasten was a wonderful communicative host and his space was incredible! I hosted a small cake decorating class and the expansive kitchen was the perfect place to do it.

This space was absolutely perfect for our retreat. We had 9 people in attendance and had plenty of room to sit in a circle in the living room space and all dine together at the dining table. The kitchen was well stocked and well organized. It made getting meals and snacks prepped and cleaned up so fast and easy. Hooking my laptop up to the TV for presentations was easy. The white board was nice to have as well. As others have mentioned, the space is even better looking than the pictures. This place has been meticulously cared for. My attendees loved the beauty of the space and all the comfy seating. Chasten was extremely helpful and responsive at every turn. We will absolutely use this space for future events!

There was a white board on wheels with all the pens, etc. needed. There are also a handful of restaurants right outside the building if you want to head out for a bite to eat. We leased the space for an executive meeting and it was perfect.

Beautiful space, great host, 100% would book again! Used it for portrait photography and the lighting is really good overall depending on time of day. I did use some lighting at different points. Well curated, high end vibes. Also, great literary taste! Chasten is a easy to book with — very responsive, helpful, easygoing. Thanks!!
