All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
PROMOTION: Book one full day in December and get two for same rate. Big bright photostudio with lots of natural light and professional photo equipment. Location: Bushwick, right off Morgan stop L-train Rate: $50/hour Size: 1000 square feet Equipment: - 1 Profoto D-500 w umbrella/Profoto white Beauty Dish with diffuser (available for additional fee of $60) - fluorescent light kit Impact Octacool-9 (available for additional fee of $30) - tripod - reflectors - 2 V-flats - different color backdrops, plz check with the studio before booking - hair & makeup area - professional steamer Jiffy - 2 wardrobe racks w hangers - 2 large mirrors - shower - tea/coffee and full kitchen available - wi-fi - AC - speakers - more equipment is possible to rent on request for extra charge

Depending on time of the day, usually can fit 1-2 cars easily. Also new parking lot across the street is about to be open.

Soft light in am and beautiful sun comes in on a good wether day around 1-2pm.

Street is pretty quiet since it's secluded. AC is loud, but usually is turned off when sound is important for production.

Rental time INCLUDES setup and tear down so please consider that while booking.
Please leave the space in the SAME condition you found it.
Furniture and all provided equipment should be treated with CARE.
If you don't know how to use it, please ASK questions.
Renter/Client will be held RESPONSIBLE for any damage inflicted on studio equipment while in their possession.
No smoking inside . NO TAPE on the floor.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
