Epic Victorian Mansion - Grand rooms with towering ceilings and extraordinary detail

This historic Victorian Mansion appears in dozens of international films, commercials and catalogs. It is just beautiful, with grand rooms, and 12 foot ceilings. The grand space is full of gorgeous original art, fine furniture and oriental rugs. The base rate rental is for the following rooms. Extensive Garden + Grounds Two dining rooms Two foyers Living room One bathroom No bedrooms (UNLESS discussed and agreed in advance, in writing). OTHER SPACES POSSIBLY AVAILABLE, PLEASE INQUIRE PLEASE NOTE: 1) Please respect that people live in the mansion. They will do all they can not to interfere with your work. This requires clear communications as to your needs. 2) Due to ongoing improvements, and the challenges of constantly updating photos, decor may differ from posted photos. 3) No violence may be depicted on the property. Nudity is allowed, but NOT waist down, frontal. 4) The kitchen is not available. It is reserved for use of the residents. 5) While your rental allows access to the several rooms stated, your team may only be in TWO rooms at a time. This enables you to have one room on camera, while the crew is in an adjacent room off camera. You may not "take over" three rooms at a time. 6) Do not go upstairs. 7) Street parking is consistently very easy. On-site parking MAY be available IF arranged in advance. No on-site parking without prior arrangement. 8) Residents will likely need to pass through at least the main foyer, where the large staircase is. They will do their best to consider the filming, and wait a few minutes if needed. Likewise, the film crew must be respectful of the residents' needs to enter when needed. *It is possible to have a shoot without residents present. THIS REQUIRES SIGNIFICANT FEES that must be agreed to in advance of booking* SECURITY DEPOSIT A deposit equal to the GREATER OF $500, or the rental amount (up to $2,000), is required. It must be sent by Venmo, or Zelle. It will be fully refunded as long as there is no damage, no excessive cleaning required, and house rules are followed: This security deposit payment must be made within 48 hours of reserving. If the deposit is not made, that will be a breach of contract. As such, your reservation may be canceled, and any payments may not be returned. HOUSE RULES - No smoking / vaping and no cigarette butts left behind anywhere inside or outside. - only the number of people stated in reservation. - Follow check in and check out time. - Only use rooms allowed - Clean up after yourselves
