The space is located near the 10 & 405. We are right next to the beach so it is the best place to have a meeting, followed by a happy hour at one of the many restaurants on 3rd Street or Ocean. We have wifi, phone conferencing, and a TV to plug in your laptop for a presentation. This space seats up to 8 comfortably. We provide coffee, tea, & water, and you can order in your own catering if you'd like to have a lunch setup for your meeting. We just ask that you keep the room as you found it so we can take care of the next guests the way we take care of you :) If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out!

This was a great spot and it worked out fantastic. Very helpful reception/front desk for the little things - paper, connectors. It was also fortuitous that it was Muffin Friday - those went fast! Great coffee machine and other kitchen comforts made for a very productive working session. Also bonus round - I believe we were "upgraded" to the larger room - which is the one with the awesome "yes that is the Pacific" view. Installed TV made for a fantastic share screen. The "whiteboard" is glass. High end and terrific spot for a conference or meeting. Our planning session was a snap on the long table - we used it all. Will certainly be back.

We used the room for our board meeting. The room worked for our meeting size, it had working screens (for presentations) and the staff was helpful. I'd recommend booking extra time before or after the meeting if needed as the room was occupied until the exact start time of our meeting and we could not access the room to prepare.
