Our beautiful personal training facility in the SOMA is available for photo + video shoots, fundraising events, workshops, classes and meetings. Our 2nd floor headquarters is 9,000 square feet with lofted ceilings, walls of windows and plenty of usable floor space. Our newest additions, Suite 102 and DS+P are 4,400 square feet with an open space concept and high ceilings. ** May have limited space rental hours. DIAKADI determines if the requested space rental hours will be available. Rate: +Rate is subject to change based off of rental/event inquiry + Minimum of 2 hours Reserved +50% Deposit Required to Hold Date +Two (2) Week Cancellation for a Full Refund With all DIAKADI Space Rentals: +Proof of Liability Insurance is Required +There may be limited space rental hours. DIAKADI determines if the requested space rental hours will be available. +Non-peak hours (11a - 4p weekdays) are ideal times to accommodate both you and our normal business hours. +Certain spaces may be designated for Saturday + Sunday rentals during non-peak hours (12pm - 8pm Saturdays + Sundays). +Specific types of rentals may have a maximum (or cap) once it exceeds X amount of hours. +If renter would like to have DIAKADI set-up and/or break down their event, an additional cost will be added. +Rental of the space will include a staff member to assist with preparation and closing of space. All on-site participants are required to fill out and sign our liability waiver. Additional materials, such as tables, chairs, projector and screen can be rented for an additional fee. +Guest will be responsible for any damages caused by self, staff, and representatives or employees occurring during the space rental.
