About the Space
Our location is at 1230 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 300 Manhattan Beach, near the 405 and the 105 freeways. This location provides quick and easy access to just about everything you could possibly need. LAX is only 4 miles driving distance, which is about 10 minutes away, and the beach is a few minutes drive from the offices. This is a wonderful newly remodeled meeting room that seats up to 8 guests, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We also have a full-time staff here to help you out, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi is included, conference phone, a dry erase board in the room w/ markers for you, and all cables to project from your laptop to the flat screen. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate! ***Please note that we are only open M-F from 8:30am-5pm. ***Parking is $7 per hour or all-day 2+ hours $15. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The 1230 Rosecrans conference room and building were exceptional. The location was easy to find and parking directions were clear. The space was beautiful, clean and had good amenities. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful in getting the screen share set up on the TV in the room. I'd recommend to anyone!
