Our location is at 1230 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 300 Manhattan Beach, near the 405 and the 105 freeways. This location provides quick and easy access to just about everything you could possibly need. LAX is only 4 miles driving distance, which is about 10 minutes away, and the beach is a few minutes drive from the offices. This is a wonderful large conference room that seats up to 8 guests, lots of natural light, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We also have a full-time staff here to help you out, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi is included, conference phone, a beautiful glass dry erase board in the room w/ markers for you, and all cables to project from your laptop to the flat screen. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate! ***Please note that we are only open M-F from 8:30am-5pm. ***Parking is $7 per hour or all day 2+ hours $15.
