Our location is at 1230 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 300 Manhattan Beach, near the 405 and the 105 freeways. This location provides quick and easy access to just about everything you could possibly need. LAX is only 4 miles driving distance, which is about 10 minutes away, and the beach is a few minutes drive from the offices. This is a stunning newly remodeled large meeting room that seats up to 20 guests, lots of natural light, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We also have a full-time staff here to help you out, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi is included, conference phone, a dry erase board in the room w/ markers for you, Zoom camera and all cables to project from your laptop to the flat screen. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate! ***Please note that we are only open M-F from 8:30am-5pm. ***Parking is $7 per hour or all day 2+ hours $15. The location worked for us but we weren't given clear instructions of where to enter the building. Half of our team went up the exterior stairs and the lobby doors were locked. A tenant finally let us in only to discover the elevators wouldn't let us up to the 3rd floor like to directions we were given instructed. A different tenant finally came a long and told us we had to go back downstairs to the guard desk for access. It caused our meeting to start 30+ minutes later. Then we were over charged for as 3 of our employees were given parking validations. I'd like to get the charge of $96 reimbursed. I'm not sure we'd re-book at this point.
