Rules

The studio will be delivered clean and must be left in same condition. There is a mandatory prep and cleaning fee of $125., but a larger fee may be charged if more than normal cleaning is required and for larger events of more than 15 people. The studio has it's own dumpster and very easy to clean up after. In the event you want to serve alcohol you must use a fully licensed and insured server, we can help connect you with a resource. Load in and out is very quick with a large parking lot and ground level full bay door. A nominal electrical or misc. charges may be ad-ons depending on usage. This will be discussed in advance during the walk through or phone conversation as to usage. Overtime of 1.5 will be automatically charged by Peerspace if you go beyond the hours you have booked. Your time is calculated from the initial start time as booked until the last person leaves ( tail lights ) and the space is fully cleaned up.
