Located in the heart of Chelsea, our spacious 3rd floor gallery (1,800 sq. ft) consists of three loosely divided rooms with 13' high ceilings, large windows, natural lighting, and a view of the High Line, offering the perfect space for presentations, art exhibitions, photo and video shootings, receptions, fashion events, promotional events and more. Rates: Mon. - Fri. 9am - 5pm: $200 per hour - 5 hour minimum Off hour (before 9am, after 5pm): $230 per hour Sat. Sun: $230 per hour - 5 hour minimum Weekly and monthly rentals available (negotiable) Freight Elevator: Mon-Sat 7:30am-5:30pm Sun closed (available at $75 per hour) Elevator: Main elevator: 24/7. Sun. from 12pm Second elevator: Mon - Fri: 7am - 10pm Sat: 7am - 6pm (off hours available at $75 per hour) Sun: Closed (available at $75 per hour) In-house rental furniture: Chairs ($1 each), Tables ($10 - $15 each), Coat rucks ($15 each), Pedestals ($10 each), Speakers ($50 each), Microphone ($20 each), Projector ($75) Rental fee should be paid directly to the venue when order was made. In-House catering-per parson: Coffee & Tea $5.50 Basic breakfast / lunch $9 / $15
- The renters must provide their own items (garbage bags, tablecloths, etc.) for the space unless otherwise negotiated. - A specific time frame must be determined including setup and take down. - Guests are responsible for covering damages to the space, and will be charged by Peerspace. - Hard liquor, smoking, and cooking is not allowed on the premises. Wine and beer are acceptable. - Light music is allowed from laptop or cell phone.(We supply the wire) DJ, loud music and dancing are not allowed. - Furniture rental: Chairs ($1 each), Tables ($10 and $15), Pedestals ($10), Speakers ($50 each), microphone ($20) and projector ($75). The rental fee should be paid directly to the venue when order was made. - Maximum capacity of 150 is the building limit and any more gives us the right to stop the event. Because of the fire hazard laws it's illegal to go beyond.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Misuzu was responsive and helpful from my first inquiry, and continued to provide quick help every time I reached out with a question. It was very easy to book the space, and I felt confident that I was in good hands. Unfortunately I was unable to visit before my event because I was planning it from out of town so I relied a lot on the reviews that had previously been written. When I finally arrived I was so happy, and everything went very smoothly. Misuzu and Robin were so helpful and accommodating when it came to setup and hanging artwork, and everything ended up looking beautiful in the great lighting. Everyone who walked in was impressed with how great this space was and how beautify the art looked. I am thrilled with how the event turned out and would definitely book here again if I need a gallery space.

This was my first solo exhibition and I couldn't have been happier with the support and assistance I received. Misuzu was quick to respond to questions, followed up and checked in from time to time as the date grew closer. Robin, her assistant, was very attentive on the day of, and helped us navigate the loading dock, hang photos, redirect lights, and even tracked down a dolly misplaced during load in. I don't know how we could have gotten everything without that support. The gallery itself is lovely - the layout implies sections without actually breaking up the space/flow. There is a wall of windows yet plenty of wall space which was perfect for my exhibition. It's a very photographic setting that emphasizes the art, music was easy to balance with just a couple of speakers, and the end result was a relaxed, glitch-free and successful evening for myself and guests. I will absolutely book again. No question.

Beyond My Expectations!!! Last night I organized a Pop Up Art show including myself and 7 other artists. First of all, when we arrived with all of our art, they loaded everything on carts and moved everything up to the gallery space, which was so helpful and totally unexpected. The Gallery Space was fantastic, a clean, large, long room with 3 sections, great flow and light, both overhead lighting and a huge window. They helped us hang our art, supplied the nails and tools, even had tables and pedestals for us to use. The event was a huge success and I look forwards to having more events here.

The space was great. Although, I didn't feel like the photos and the outside of the building were well advertised. Once entering, it takes quite a while to get back into the gallery and we had some of our guests get lost along the way. Additionally, when I arrived to begin set up - the air wasn't on. We turned it on immediately but the room wasn't cooled down by the time our event started, and on a hot new york day, it's extremely difficult to keep overheated event guests happy. The assistants of the space owner who helped us set up seemed a bit new to events and planning, they weren't as efficient as I would've liked. Over all - the space was good. We used it for a networking event and other than some logistical issues (signage, air conditioning, set up, etc.), I don't have any complaints.
